Job summary

AtkinsRéalis_ is seeking a senior BIM engineer to lead 3D,4D,5D modelling on multi-disciplinary projects. You will mentor the BIM team, collaborate with Designers, BIM leads, and Planners, and ensure alignment and quality BIM models across site and design phases.

The role requires strong knowledge of Revit MEP and AutoCAD, ability to read engineering drawings, and proactive communication with stakeholders. Flexibility in tasks and locations is valued, with a focus on digital rehearsal and

Responsibilities:

• BIM experience working on multi-D projects
• Should have in-depth knowledge on Mechanical systems (HVAC, PHE and Firefighting) and how its constructed in site.
• To collaborate with Designers, BIM leads, Planners to ensure alignment and quality BIM models.
• Develop documentation required to support the implementation and progression of 3D & 4D BIM
• Promote the Digital Rehearsal process
• Confident in presenting to a wide range of stakeholders including Site Teams, Supplier, Client
• Excellent and passionate communicator
• Train, develop and support others in the use of best practices and latest technologies
• Work closely with the Designers and BIM teams and Planners to ensure 3D models
• and plans are adequately developed to facilitate optimal 3D,4D&5D modelling
• Be familiar with other methods of visualization; Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality
• Leadership skills - deliver and lead a team through digital rehearsal.
• Preparation and presentation of progress for discussion at meetings
• Should be well versed with Revit MEP & AutoCAD and able to mentor team.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of multidisciplinary and multiregional project to comply with the relevant CAD/BIM Standard
• Ability to read & interpret engineering drawings & specifications
• Ability to work using Engineers calculations and design in producing drawings / 3D modelling
• Knowledge of Building design processes working within a multiple discipline engineering environment, and within a project and commercially focused business.
• Identify, interpret and apply required industry/ client/ internal CAD/BIM standards. To ensure that our finished product is Project, Client and BIM compliant
