Job summary

The Bell Company in North Charleston, SC is seeking a Mechanical BIM Coordinator to lead 3D coordination on hospitals, laboratories, and large industrial projects. Use REVIT, Navisworks, SYSQue and AutoCAD to generate coordinated mechanical layouts from project specs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading 3D coordination on hospitals, labs, central utility plants, and large institutional projects.
• Ability to produce CAD mechanical layouts from project specs.
• 3D fabrication/spool drawings for fab shop and field use; coordination drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3D coordination efforts for mechanical projects.
• Create and oversee 3D coordination drawings and layouts.
• Support field teams with 3D models and clash resolution.
