Job summary

Power Design seeks a Mechanical Superintendent to lead field teams, ensuring on-time project delivery with top quality, safety, and customer satisfaction on every job. You will supervise crews, coordinate with inspectors and other trades, and uphold Power Design’s standards while driving multimillion-dollar projects to successful completion.

This on-site role requires a licensed HVAC or Plumbing professional with deep knowledge of codes and safety practices, plus solid communication and computer

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing crews on multimillion-dollar construction projects.
• Active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license required.
• Strong knowledge of the National Building Code and local codes.
• Basic computer and writing skills.

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, inspectors, and other trades.

• Manage material and personnel requirements necessary to meet project schedules.

Here’s What We’re Looking For

• Skilled field supervisor with at least 10 years of experience managing crews and running multimillion-dollar construction projects.
• Active Mechanical (HVAC) or Plumbing license required.
• Proficient knowledge of the National Building Code, local codes, and construction safety requirements.
• Basic computer and writing skills required.
