Ingersoll Rand in Tulsa, OK is seeking an entry-level Mechanical Assembly Technician. You will build mechanical and hydraulic subassemblies and final assemblies using hand and power tools, following engineering specifications and detailed instructions.

No prior assembly experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. You will learn to read blueprints, operate hoists, and participate in continuous improvement while maintaining a safe, organized workstation.

Responsibilities

• Operate hoists, lifts, and similar devices to move parts safely.
• Follow written and visual work instructions with precision.
• Inspect work for quality and record results accurately.

• Engage in continuous improvement activities and support team goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet production needs.

Mechanical Assembly Technician, Entry-LevelA day in your new roleYou start your shift on the production floor in Tulsa, OK, reviewing visual and written work instructions. With a calibrated torque wrench in hand, you assemble mechanical and hydraulic subcomponents, methodically bringing together parts that will carry our customers’ operations forward. You use hoists and lifts to position heavier pieces safely, confirm alignment and fastener torque, document your work, and keep your station spotless.
