Our client is seeking a Mechanical Assembly Technician. Responsibilities include assembling and installing hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical components of precision deep-hole drilling machines. Hands-on experience in machinery assembly or industrial equipment maintenance is ideal.

• U.S. manufacturer of CNC deep-hole drilling machines with over 4,000 systems in service worldwide

• Automotive, aerospace, firearms, medical, and petrochemical industries

• Full design, build, and assembly from the Marshall, MO facility

The Position

• Install mechanical components of DeHoff, Eldorado, TechniDrill, and other automated CNC drilling machines

• Assemble hydraulic, pneumatic, coolant, chip conveyor, and auxiliary machine systems

• Collaborate with weld, machining, and electrical departments to ensure accuracy and fit

• Provide red-line drawing updates for design discrepancies or modifications

• Assist in facility and equipment maintenance when required

Requirements

• High school diploma required; 2-year technical school degree or equivalent training preferred

• 2+ years of assembly or maintenance experience in manufacturing equipment or industrial machinery

• Hands-on experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems

• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and mechanical drawings

• Skilled in using precision measurement equipment
