Raytheon’s Consolidated Manufacturing Center (CMC) seeks an experienced Mechanical Assembler to support products in McKinney, TX on the 1st shift. This individual must be self-motivated and will work with a cross functional team including engineering, factory management, program management, and other assemblers / testers.

What you will do:

  • Bonding with resins and adhesives using shop processes for bonding and curing
  • Assemble military electronics using torque tools and other manual tools following assembly instructions and drawings
  • Follow clean room protocols

Qualifications you must have:

  • Typically requires High School Diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/ technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in assembly, manufacturing or factory operations
  • Work experience using hand tools
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

  • Experience reading memory maps, schematics, & datasheets
  • Experience reading drawings
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
