Job summary

CompleteStaff is seeking a dedicated assembly worker for seating components. You will follow drawings and job orders to assemble, align, and test assemblies using fixtures and power tools, ensuring correct product configuration.

Requirements include at least 1 year of mechanical tool experience, strong mechanical aptitude, accurate counting, and clear English communication. You will work from instructions provided by senior builders in a manufacturing setting.

Job description

Assemble seats of particular product group from drawings and assembly instructions, using assembly fixtures and power bench tools.

Fit and align assemblies, recognize defective parts, inspect and test final assemblies on a variety of assembly operations.

1-year work experience in a role that required the use of tools for mechanical tasks is required (prior manufacturing assembly experience preferred).

Strong mechanical aptitude.

Able to count accurately.

Good verbal and written communication skills in fluent English.

Follow instructions from more senior builders using drawings and job order documentation to assemble and verify correct product configuration.
