Job Description

This role combines forklift operation with hands-on industrial and hydraulic hose assembly in a warehouse and production environment. You will assemble, test, and inspect hose products used in a wide range of commercial and industrial applications, while supporting material handling and inventory activities. The position is well-suited for someone who enjoys physically active work, using tools and equipment, and contributing to a close-knit production team.

Work Environment

The role is based in a warehouse and production setting with hands-on, team-oriented work and a physically active daily routine. You will work in a brand-new facility in Carlisle, PA, as part of a small team of about 1012 employees, creating a close-knit, family-feel environment. The position involves manual assembly of hoses, frequent use of hand and power tools, and operation of material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and order pickers. The workday includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch and two paid breaks, supporting a structured but comfortable schedule. The environment emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and organization, with regular use of RF scanners and warehouse systems to manage inventory and picking activities.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlisle, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
