Job summary

Regal Rexnord in Sacramento is seeking a capable assembler to perform moderately complex assembly of Ultramax catalog transmission offerings under direct supervision. You will read blueprints, test units, document for shipping, and maintain a clean, safe workspace aligned with Rexnord values.

The role requires 1-2 years in assembly, ability to read math and blueprints, effective teamwork, and basic arithmetic.

Qualifications

• Must have 1-2 years of experience in assembly.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, routings, OMS sheets, and measurement data.
• Able to write basic information and perform basic arithmetic.
• Familiar with air tools, power tools, and hand tools.
• Demonstrates manual dexterity and the ability to follow a sequence of steps.
• Uses past practices to solve routine problems.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and adjust Ultramax products from start to finish.
• Test completed units and inspect parts for quality.
• Prepare units for shipping with proper documentation.
• Use a spot welding machine.
• Communicate with internal contacts to exchange work-related information.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace per Regal Rexnord policies and 5S standards.
