Job summary

Phase2 Technology is seeking an assembler to assemble subs and end products in line with specifications and blueprints. You will pull materials, organize the workspace and ensure products meet schedule targets for on-time shipment.

The role requires reading assembly blueprints, using measuring tools, and performing light repairs or rework when needed while maintaining safety standards and accuracy under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required with three years of experience in mechanical assembly.
• Ability to read assembly blueprints and use measuring instruments.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to work under time constraints.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lb.

Responsibilities

• Assemble subs and end products per specifications, blueprints and workmanship standards.
• Request material pull, organize workspace and ensure on-time availability of end products for shipment.
• Provide repair/rework support and handle ECO dispositions as required.
