Job summary

Altus Technology Solutions LLC is seeking a Mechanical Assembler in Saint Inigoes, MD for a day shift on-site position. The role requires 1–3 years of mechanical assembly experience and the ability to read drawings and use hand/power tools.

Security clearance of SECRET is required (interim clearance before start date). Training on MILSPEC rivets and industrial hardware is provided, with opportunities for growth in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training is a plus.
• 1–3 years of mechanical assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical parts, components, and systems using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures.
• Interpret and follow blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and direction from senior fabricators.
• Perform fitting, alignment, and installation of parts for proper form, fit, and function.
• Install MILSPEC rivets and other aircraft hardware.
• Inspect parts for defects and report non-conformities.
