Job description

We’re hiring mechanically inclined individuals who want to build a long-term career in manufacturing. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work with tools, parts, and test equipment to assemble and inspect high-precision mechanical components used around the world.

What You’ll Do:
  1. Assemble mechanical components using hand tools and work instructions
  2. Perform routine testing using gauges, test panels, and measuring tools
  3. Use calipers, micrometers, and torque wrenches to verify dimensions
  4. Read blueprints and follow detailed manufacturing procedures
  5. Document test results and follow quality checklists
  6. Keep your station clean, safe, and organized (5S and safety-focused environment)
What We’re Looking For:
  1. Experience in mechanical assembly, repair, maintenance, or machine operation
  2. Comfortable using basic hand tools and precision measurement equipment
  3. Able to follow blueprints or technical drawings
  4. Attention to detail and willingness to do repetitive, high-accuracy work
  5. Reliable transportation and availability for 2nd shift (3 PM – 11 PM)
  6. Looking for a long-term, stable opportunity with career growth potential
