Job Title: Mechanical Assembler-Machinist

Location: Cinnaminson, NJ

Compensation: $50,000 to $60,000 Base Annually

Description: ENSER Corporation, a 78-year-old engineering company, is seeking a mid-level Machinist/Mechanical Assembler to work within the Mechanical Department in our Cinnaminson, NJ office. Responsibilities include operating a variety of machine tools, creating setups on grinders, lathes, and other machinery. The ideal candidate is strong, precise, able to read plans, and pays close attention to details. Tasks also involve assembly of fixtures, tooling, and mechanical machines/devices. This role involves a fast-paced environment dealing with tooling, fixture design, BTH lifting devices, custom automation, and assembly tooling.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain manual lathe and milling machines.
• Review drawings, instructions, blueprints, or samples for accurate production.
• Take precise measurements for cutting or shaping.
• Plan task sequences to complete assignments efficiently.
• Monitor production, adjusting settings as needed.
• Check output for quality assurance, document, or discard defects.
• Maintain a safe and clean workstation.
• Assemble fixtures, tooling, and mechanical devices.
• Follow directions from project managers.
• Conduct plant site visits with customers and field measurements.
• Collaborate with fabricators.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Requirements:

• Excellent coordination and mechanical skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in math and basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.

Experience:
