Job summary

LanceSoft is hiring a Mechanical Assembler III in Minden, NV. The role requires a strong mechanical background and at least 1 year of relevant experience. You will assemble components, perform testing, and ensure assemblies meet criteria. The position operates on swing shift (2:30pm–11:00pm) with a pay rate of $20.79 per hour.

Applicants should be able to stand for the full shift and produce up to 40 units per hour, following detailed instructions and using SAP systems when required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Strong mechanical background.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Must assemble 40 units per hour and stand for the full shift.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components according to bill of material requirements.
• Perform functional testing on mechanical assemblies.
• Test assembling equipment per customer and division criteria.
• Operate test equipment in alignment with engineering standards.
• Apply settings, calibrate, and maintain assembly tools.
• Prepare completed assemblies for shipment.
