• This position is currently located in Hampton, NH, but the facility will be relocating to Durham, NH this summer.

Compensation:

• $1,500 Sign on Bonus*

• Eligible for Annual Increases

1st Shift Schedule:

• This position is for 1st shift.

• Monday – Friday 7:00AM – 3:30PM

• Overtime available on a business need basis.

What You Will Do:

1. You will install Helicoils in parts using power and hand tools.
2. You will operate hand tools, electrical tools, hand cutters, measuring equipment, and light equipment.
3. You will maintain inventory of product in work stations.
4. You will perform quality work checks, identify product defects, and record identified defects.
5. You will rework and/or repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes.
6. You will perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.
7. You will maintain a clean and safe work area.
8. You will lift up to 25 pounds.
9. You must be able to work in a standing position up to 8 hours per day.
10. You will work under direct supervision and follow established procedures on routine work.
11. You will apply basic job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
12. Your tasks are semi-routine in nature, but recognize the need for some judgment.

Basic Qualifications:

• Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
