Qualifications

• Read and understand basic engineering drawings, operation sheets, safety analyses, and manufacturing instructions.
• Compute and record numerical data using basic math and automated calculators.
• Operate machines such as arbor presses, welding, coil winding, crimping, and pneumatic tools.
• Perform hand assembly using tools like pliers, solder iron, drivers, hammers.
• Move objects manually using conveyors or hand trucks.
• Visually or with devices, check quality of work.
• Lift up to 40 lbs individually or up to 55 lbs with two people; occasional 50 lb horizontal force.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive short-cycle assembly tasks to produce fuel pumps.
• Assemble, subassemble, and test components on the production floor.
• Maintain safety and quality standards during operations.
