Stand-By Personnel, Inc. is seeking an experienced Mechanical Assembler for a Claremore, OK manufacturing role. You will assemble, fit, and repair mechanical components using hand and power tools, following blueprints and BOMs to ensure accurate results.

Prior hands-on assembly experience and strong attention to detail are essential. The position emphasizes reading technical drawings, interpreting BOMs, and maintaining safety and quality standards on the shop floor.

Formación

• Previous hands-on mechanical experience in a manufacturing, production, or assembly environment is required.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools to assemble, modify, or repair mechanical components and equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with moving parts, mechanical devices, and assembled systems are essential.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Experience following assembly instructions, identifying mechanical issues, and completing accurate assembly work is important.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble mechanical components, devices, and systems according to blueprints, technical drawings, and production specifications.
• Use hand tools and power tools to position, install, secure, and adjust mechanical parts during the assembly process.
• Read and interpret Bills of Materials to identify required components and verify that appropriate materials are available for assembly.
• Work with moving parts and mechanical systems to complete new assemblies or repair existing products.
• Inspect components and completed assemblies for proper fit, alignment, functionality, and overall quality.
• Identify mechanical assembly concerns and make applicable adjustments or repairs according to established procedures.
