Dover Precision Components in Houston is seeking a hands-on assembler to disassemble, inspect, and assemble valve‑related components in a fast‑paced shop environment.
You will verify parts against drawings, use micrometers and calipers, follow 5S standards, and communicate findings to Applications Engineers. A discretionary bonus may be awarded based on performance.

Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. Occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
