Kress Corporation in Brimfield, IL is seeking a full-time Mechanical Assembler for the 2nd shift to build heavy equipment for steel, construction, and mining industries. You will assemble components per blueprints and instructions, working with hydraulic, electrical systems and powertrains.

The role requires 2+ years in heavy equipment assembly, ability to read blueprints, and familiarity with hand tools. The position includes a 3:30pm–12:00am shift with a 15% pay differential and comprehensive

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 2+ years of heavy equipment assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Experience with heavy machinery is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Working with the Kress team, produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies in accordance with provided blueprints
• Assemble a wide array of components used in heavy equipment (i.e. hydraulic and electrical systems, cabs, axles, and powertrains) per prints and assembly instructions
• Experienced assemblers commission and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
• All Kress employees contribute to a safe and organized work environment

Connaissances
