Job summary

Ventrac in Orrville, OH is seeking a Mechanical Assembler to perform final assembly of Ventrac products following established procedures with meticulous attention to detail. The role is on the 1st shift, 5:00am–1:30pm, Monday–Friday, with a starting wage of $20/hr.

You will use hand tools to assemble parts, align components, and perform quality checks. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED, ability to read instructions, safety focus, and lifting up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must read and understand established assembly procedures and detailed work instructions.
• Maintain high safety standards while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift at least 40 lbs regularly and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Use hand tools or machines to assemble parts.
• Position or align components for assembly, manually or using hoists.
• Conduct quality control checks and test completed products to verify function.
• Rework, repair, or replace damaged parts or assemblies.
