Job summary

The Dixon Group in West Chester, OH is seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join our hands-on production team. You will assemble high-quality mechanical components, perform quality checks, and record production data using company systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Comfortable working with tools, parts, and mechanical components.
• Able to perform addition and subtraction accurately to support production needs.
• Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 30 lbs. regularly during a shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Capable of completing repetitive motions while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
• Able to handle and assemble small parts and components efficiently.
• Proficient in using hand tools and basic machining equipment safely.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions and report any issues or non-conformances promptly.

Shift Hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
