Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a skilled operator to load, operate, and unload rubber press equipment to produce parts that meet quality standards and production requirements while minimizing waste and maintaining a safe work environment.

You will follow procedures for material loading, monitor lubrication, temperature, tonnage, cycle times, and inspect for defects. Shift: 8 PM - 8 AM, rotating 3-2-2-3 schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience operating rubber press equipment.
• Ability to monitor cycle times and product specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Load raw materials into the press per procedures and ensure proper distribution.
• Monitor lubrication, temperature, tonnage, and cycle times to meet specs; report issues.
• Keep workspace clean and dispose of scrap and waste properly.
• Ensure cleanliness of equipment and workstations before/after curing.
• Complete production, quality, and process documentation accurately.
• Trim excess material, inspect stoppers for defects, and take corrective action.
• Process pads through the cooling unit following procedures.
• Stack pads and stoppers on pallets or designated storage.
• Follow all QSRs and safety policies at all times.

Job Summary:

• Responsible for loading, operating, and unloading rubber press equipment to manufacture products that meet all product specifications, quality standards, and production requirements while minimizing waste and maintaining a safe work environment.

Essential Functions:

• Load raw materials into the press according to established procedures, ensuring proper weight and material distribution for consistent Mold coverage.
• Monitor and operate press equipment to ensure lubrication, temperature, tonnage, and cycle times meet product specifications. Report any equipment issues or process deficiencies to the setup technician or supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by properly disposing of scrap, waste, and other materials in designated locations.
• Ensure cleanliness of equipment and workstations by removing oil, cured scrap, water, and other contaminants that could affect product quality before or after curing.
• Accurately complete production, quality, and process documentation.
• Trim excess material from pads, inspect stoppers for quality defects, and perform necessary corrective actions when defects are identified.
• Process manufactured pads through the cooling unit according to established procedures.
• Stack and place pads or stoppers onto pallets or other designated storage locations.
• Follow all safety policies, environmental procedures, and Quality System Regulations (QSRs) always.

• Shift Hours: 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM
