Adecco US, Inc. is actively assisting a client in San Diego, CA, by recruiting a Mechanical Assembler. You will perform electromechanical assembly, read blueprints and wiring diagrams, and ensure quality using standard procedures in a production setting.
The role offers a 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM), weekly pay, and access to Adecco's Aspire Academy with upskilling courses. Requires 2+ years of electromechanical experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Weekly paycheck
Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour

Perform electronic and mechanical assembly operations using blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, work instructions, and engineering documentation.
Assemble, inspect, and test components, subassemblies, and finished products utilizing hand tools, torque drivers, crimpers, drills, and measuring equipment.
Read and interpret assembly drawings, parts lists, operation sheets, and visual aids to ensure product quality and accuracy.
Follow quality standards, safety procedures, LEAN/6S practices, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment.
Minimum 2 years of electromechanical assembly experience.
Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Proficient in the use of small hand tools, including torque wrenches, drills, crimpers, strippers, and inspection tools.
High School Diploma or GED required with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Teams and not your local Branch.
$20.00 per hour
