Compensation: $19.00 - $24.00
Work Model: Onsite

Responsibilities

• Assemble equipment, sub-assemblies, and vehicle structures according to engineering drawings and specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, and bills of materials
• Perform inspections to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
• Use hand and power tools in alignment with assembly instructions
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and engineering drawings
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Manual dexterity and ability to work with tools
• Commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• IPC or related industry certifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical or structural assembly
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing or Kaizen principles
• Ability to perform quality inspections based on technical documentation
• Experience in the rail, aerospace, or automotive manufacturing industry
