Apex Water and Process is seeking a Mechanical Assembler in Minnesota to join a fast-growing, safety-focused team. If you have a mechanical or plumbing background, you'll assemble pumps, valves, filters, and piping for custom water-treatment systems, using blueprints and production prints.
The role offers hands-on, varied projects, on-the-job training, and opportunities for career growth with benefits including PTO from Day 1, a 401(k) match, and comprehensive health coverage.
If you have a mechanical or plumbing background and take pride in hands-on work that makes a real impact, this is your chance to turn your trade skills into a long-term career with one of the fastest-growing companies in the water treatment industry.
At Apex, we design and build custom water treatment and high-purity process systems used in some of the most advanced industries across the country. Our team doesn't do repetitive, assembly-line work - every system we build is unique. You will see the results of your craftsmanship come to life as part of an energetic, safety-focused team that values quality, collaboration, and growth.
Apex is a trusted leader in integrated water and process management - combining chemistry, equipment, automation, and field service to help customers run safer, more efficient, and sustainable operations. We're a fast-growing, team-oriented company that invests in our people and promotes from within.
You will join a company where hard work is recognized, learning is encouraged, and careers are built - not just jobs.
The anticipated pay range for this role is between $25 - $27/hr, depending on qualifications and experience.
We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.
At Apex, we don't just build systems - we build careers. Whether your path leads toward leadership, field service, or another department within Apex, we will support you through hands-on training, mentorship, and continuous learning opportunities. If you're ready to join a company where your craftsmanship matters, your work is appreciated, and your career can grow as fast as the company itself, we would love to meet you.
