Job Purpose

Assemble Electro-Mechanical Assemblies according to specifications, prioritizing quality. Flexibility is required, as staff may perform duties outside their normal area to meet company goals.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work instructions, diagrams, engineering drawings, and specifications to assemble products accurately.
• Assemble components by mechanically fastening parts and subassemblies.
• Use hand tools and power tools for mechanical assembly.
• Handle various-sized materials, from heavy parts to small intricate components.
• Identify product defects and report to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate records and logs.
• Handle ESD-sensitive materials and equipment properly.
• Perform other duties as assigned, with flexibility to meet company needs.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with hand tools such as ratchets, wrenches, and pneumatic tools.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds regularly, up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Basic computer skills, including email and work instructions.
• Attention to detail.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
