Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Leesport, PA is seeking an Assembly Associate to join their manufacturing team. The role involves using hand and power tools, assembling sub-assemblies, and performing quality inspections in a hands-on environment.

Shifts include 1st shift Mon-Thu 5:00 AM-3:30 PM and 4th shift Fri-Sun 6:00 AM-6:00 PM with a $2/hr differential for the 4th shift; benefits include holiday and vacation pay, health/dental/vision, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• Mechanical assembly experience required.
• Must be able to read measurements with calipers and a tape measure.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Using hand and power tools to assemble parts and sub-assemblies.
• Assembling sub-assemblies and products and ensuring proper fit and function.
• Visually inspect product for quality and adherence to specs.
