The PCX Mechanical Assembler 1 is responsible for completing all assigned work according to specifications in a high-quality and safe manner. The Mechanical Assembler 1 should be able to read assembly documentation and provide high-quality work with guidance. The Mechanical Assembler 1 is capable of assembling hardware stacks and mechanical assemblies, with a desire to produce a quality product. The Mechanical Assembler 1 is required to follow the supervisor's instructions and suggest improvements.

Responsibilities include:

• Follow PCX safety guidelines and requirements.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and according to procedures.
• Follow established safety techniques, including lifting and climbing.
• Listen and follow directions from supervisors and management.
• Maintain quality workmanship adhering to engineering and customer specifications.
• Comply with PCX Quality Management System and ISO9001 standards.
• Work efficiently to meet daily performance objectives.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Complete time reporting accurately.
• Work up to 10 hours per day and weekends as required.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Undergo background check and drug screening.

• Inspect completed jobs and maintain cleanliness.
• Read and understand manuals, bulletins, and work instructions.
• Report inventory usage accurately.
• Lift 35 pounds consistently and team lift 70 pounds.
• Read assembly documentation and focus on quality.
• Assemble hardware stacks and mechanical assemblies with attention to detail.
• Defer to lead for discrepancies and problem-solving.
• Use basic hand and power tools safely.
• Read metric measurements; familiarity with metric system is a plus.
