Accelera Staffing in New Jersey is seeking a meticulous Board Assembly Technician to join our production team. Your focus will be on wire harnessing and board assembly, with an emphasis on precise workmanship and adherence to technical schematics.

Prior soldering experience is a plus but not required. The role requires reading and following complex diagrams, performing hands-on assembly, and maintaining clean, safe workstations Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

• Examine finished assemblies to verify that they meet our internal quality and accuracy standards.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by keeping your station tidy and orderly.

Candidate Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehending the English language.
• Proven capability to interpret and apply technical drawings and written procedures.
• Strong manual dexterity and a keen focus on minute details.
• Demonstrated ability to execute intricate, hands-on assembly operations.
• Experience with soldering is considered an advantage.
