Mechanical Assembler # Mechanical AssemblerHot JobCorona, CA 92880## OverviewSalary Range$22.00 - $25.00 HourlyPosition TypeFull Time## Description**Job Overview**BIOLASE MG is seeking a **Mechanical Assembler** to join our Manufacturing team in **Corona, CA**. This position is responsible for assembling electro-mechanical components and complex laser systems using work instructions, drawings, and specifications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable using hand and power tools, and has previous assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities*** Assemble parts and units; position, align, adjust, and fasten components to assemblies, subassemblies, or frames using hand and power tools.* Align and adjust parts for proper fit and assembly using work instructions and drawings.* Connect cables, PCBAs, tubes, and wiring according to specifications; attach nameplates and identifying information to parts as required.* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, diagrams, technical orders, work instructions, and drawings to determine assembly methods and sequences.* Install electrical or electronic parts and hardware in housings or assemblies using soldering equipment and hand tools.* Apply knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control techniques to support effective manufacturing.* Identify cosmetic and material defects and perform routine repairs and rework as required.* Complete required manufacturing documents and procedures accurately and in accordance with established requirements.* Perform other related duties as assigned.**Work Schedule*** Monday – Friday* Must be available to work between the hours of **6:00 AM and 5:00 PM**.* Must be willing to work **overtime as needed during the week and occasional Saturdays based on business needs**.## Qualifications* High school diploma or equivalent required.* One (1) to three (3) years of related mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.* Experience in medical device or other regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.* Experience reading assembly drawings, blueprints, schematics, and work instructions and using hand and power tools is preferred.* Soldering experience is a plus.**Pay Range*** **$22.00 – $25.00 per hour, depending on experience****Equal Employment Opportunity**BIOLASE MG is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
