MP Filtri USA, Inc. in Quakertown, PA is seeking a Mechanical/Application Engineer to design and refine hydraulic filtration products. The role emphasizes CAD modeling, 3-D design, and collaboration with customers on engineering changes.

You will manage CAD drawings with Autodesk Inventor, support sales and service teams on hydraulic applications, and help drive continuous improvement across engineering and manufacturing. On-site, full-time, M-F 8-5.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or military equivalent.
• Experience in hydraulics or filtration industry a plus.
• Proficient with CAD, 3-D modeling and drawing release processes.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage CAD drawings and 3-D models using Autodesk Inventor software.
• Create drawings and 3-D models for products not yet completed.
• Design custom tooling, modifications and machinery.
• Collaborate with key customers on engineering changes and create MP Filtri drawings.
• Support customer service and regional sales on hydraulic applications.
• Perform First Article inspections on new products and document results.
• Help develop internal engineering processes and integrate Dynamics 365 ERP.

Mechanical/Application Engineer – Hydraulic Filtration Products

Full Time position On-site M-F 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Manage CAD drawings and 3-D models using Autodesk Inventor software
• Create drawings and 3-D models for products not currently completed
• Design custom tooling/modifications and machinery
• Work with key customers on engineering changes for MP Filtri Products/Create MP Filtri specific drawings of new and updated custom products.
• Provide support for customer service and regional sales team on hydraulic applications and technical inquiries
• Perform First Article inspections on new products.
• Enter new Item loads along with 2D and 3D CAD drawings
• Help to develop internal engineering processes and procedures into Dynamics D365 ERP
• Perform testing and failure analysis of parts and prepare reports on findings in conjunction with quality team
• Organize and maintain all engineering resources, digital and hardcopy formats.
• Help drive continuous improvement in engineering, quality, and manufacturing areas.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, military equivalent
• Experience in hydraulics / filtration industry a plus
• Dynamics D365 and Autodesk Inventor experience a plus
• Excellent organizational skills
• Can work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to communicate well in person, virtually, in writing, and by telephone with customers and other company personnel.
• Prepare and present presentations to in person or virtual audience
