Qualifications

• Safety-first culture with active participation at toolbox meetings
• Grinding seams and preparing weld surfaces for weld prep
• Welding carbon and stainless‑steel plates to code/specifications
• Gouging welding seams and removing hardware
• Cutting steel parts with oxy‑acetylene torches
• Ability to lift and carry tools and equipment
• Attend required training classes and develop field personnel

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture and participate in toolbox meetings, report hazards, and use PPE as required
• Carry out grinding, welding, gouging, and cutting tasks per codes and site procedures
• Maintain adherence to company policies, procedures, and site job analyses
• Attend and complete necessary training, and support specialty trainings as assigned
• Perform additional tasks and assignments as needed on site
