Schedule
  • Enjoy 3 day weekends every other week while working a 2/2/3, 12-hour shift schedule. Hours are 6:00pm to 6:00am
  • Training is Monday - Friday, day shift and transitions to your appointed shift upon completion.
  • Occasional overtime and weekend shifts may be required to support critical deadlines—offering a great opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects and earn additional income.

What you’ll accomplish
  • Operate, monitor, and maintain essential utilities and support systems that keep our facility running smoothly.
  • Lead preventative and corrective maintenance on boiler systems, ammonia refrigeration, and water treatments.
  • Manage air compression systems, RO units, and silo tank offloads with precision.
  • Oversee cooling tower water treatment and pH neutralization systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Coordinate fire protection systems and energy management programs to support a safe and efficient environment.
What you Bring
  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • 2-year technical degree in HVAC, applied science, or equivalent (preferred)
  • 1+ year experience in utilities operations (boilers, compressed air, ammonia refrigeration); food industry experience is a plus
  • Ability to pass a medical evaluation and pulmonary function test for respirator use.

  • Are comfortable using CMMS and utilities monitoring systems
