Job summary

Central Transport is seeking an entry-level mechanic to join our fleet support team in Dallas. The role offers starting pay between $22 and $26 per hour and includes competitive benefits as part of a robust compensation package.

Responsibilities include removing decals from trailers and performing minor body work on trailers, with a focus on safety and quality. Heavy physical work is required; prior mechanic experience is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements:

Work is considered heavy physical work requiring exertion of 100 pounds of force occasionally, up to 50 pounds of force frequently and up to 20 pounds of force consistently to move objects. Must possess strength, stamina and mobility to perform heavy physical work. Must be able to: walk, lift, reach, stoop, stand, grasp, balance, climb, kneel and crouch for extended periods of time. Prior mechanic experience in the auto industry is a plus!
