Mechanic Technology (MT) Operator - 2nd shift

Join us in pioneering breakthroughs in healthcare at Siemens Healthineers. We are seeking a Mechanic Technology (MT) Operator - 2nd shift to operate mechanical production machines, manufacture parts and semi-products according to engineering specifications, quality requirements, and manufacturing timelines. This is a 2nd shift position.

Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate a broad range of production machines.
  • Organize and utilize machine-related tools and equipment.
  • Plan work, prepare components, and monitor related stock.
  • Process components or semi-products to meet specifications and quality standards.
  • Perform basic CNC/SPS programming if required.
  • Conduct maintenance operations and cooperate with maintenance technicians or external service providers.
  • Handle electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations, including setup, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of circuits, components, and mechanical assemblies.
  • Manage manufacturing equipment, including weighing, measuring, and quality inspection of raw materials and finished products.
  • Perform incoming and final quality inspections and audits.
  • Manage production chemicals, including setup, mixing, storage, and dispensing, and assist with routine repairs.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to learn new software and hardware solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
