Job summary

Manheim, a Cox Automotive company, seeks a Supervisor, Reconditioning Service to support daily shop operations and assist the shop manager in guiding the team. If you excel at leadership and driving results, this role offers growth in a dynamic reconditioning environment.

You will oversee vehicle inspections, ensure timely completion, maintain equipment readiness, and manage performance while upholding safety and policy standards across the recon shop.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED and 5+ years of relevant experience in vehicle reconditioning, detailing, mechanical/body shop fields.
• Competent supervisory and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Safe drivers with valid driver's license required.
• Ability to drive both standard and automatic transmission vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Managing the workflow and activities of the shop employees to ensure timely vehicle completion.

• Communicating and resolving reconditioning goals, results, and problems with the operations manager.

Minimum

• HS Diploma/GED and 5+ years of relevant experience in a related field (vehicle reconditioning, detailing, mechanical and/or body shop experience); or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
• Competent supervisory and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.
• Ability to drive standard and automatic transmission vehicles.

Preferred

• Excellent people, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Strong communication and interaction skills.
• A working knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations is preferred.

MSCOX

USD 61,100.00 - 91,700.00 per year

Compensation

Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $61,100.00 - $91,700.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
