Responsibilities
  • Handle escalated customer calls and process warranty claims, making judgment calls that serve both customer satisfaction and business interests
  • Evaluate candidates applying to become YourMechanic mobile technicians
  • Assess ongoing performance of current technicians
  • Support our mobile mechanics team as the lead tech, assisting with complex diagnostics, customer service issues, and daily operational needs
