Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic.
• ASE certifications preferred (609/608 conditioning and H/T series with two H2/T2/H4 preferred).
• Must be able to work graveyards, swing, or morning shifts or flexible schedules.
• Must obtain Class A or B CDL with airbrakes & passenger endorsements.
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair tasks on diesel engines, including overhauling and rebuilding components to required specifications.

This role demands expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel engines across various vehicles and equipment. As an C-Level Mechanic, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring safety, efficiency, and longevity for our vehicles.

Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement:

• Starting at $26.00 with progression to $28.36 over 6-year period

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic.
• ASE certifications preferred. 609/608 conditioning certification and at least three H or T series ASE certification of which two include H2, T2 or H4 preferred.
• Must be able to work graveyards, swing, or morning shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
• Ability to obtain Class A or B commercial driver's license with airbrakes & passenger endorsements.
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

Physical Requirements:

The essential functions of this position require the ability to:

• Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions-100% of the job is performed outside, work alone and in remote locations.
• Sit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces.
• Push and pull objects up to 50 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level.
• Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes and noise.
