This position is for 3rd shift, 4pm-2:30am. Pay: $24-$36 per hour + an additional $3 per hour for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing and repairing Diesel and CNG trucks, including engines, electrical, propane, hydraulics, and fuel systems.
• Leading inspections of brake systems, engines, emissions, steering, wheel bearings, and other components.
• Mentoring Level B and C mechanics.
• Prioritizing repairs for efficiency and timely completion.
• Reviewing mechanical write-ups and coordinating repairs.
• Performing DOT and brake inspections.
• Completing reports, work orders, and ordering parts.
• Ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
• Interpreting electrical and diagnostic schematics.
• Participating in training and maintaining a clean work area.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and related regulations.
• Brake safety certificate and 609 A/C certification required.
• ASE certifications preferred.
• Ability to interpret schematics and manuals.
• Effective communication skills.
• Experience with diagnostic software; computer literate.
• Class A or B CDL preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of diesel/CNG maintenance experience.
