Levan Machine and Truck Equipment in Pottstown, PA is seeking an Installer/Mechanic to install truck equipment on low- and medium-duty commercial vehicles. This full-time role offers predictable hours: Mon–Thu 6:00 am–4:30 pm and Fri 7:00 am–12:00 pm, with possible overtime.

You will work with the install and parts departments to ensure a smooth workflow and rely on your five-plus years of diesel mechanic experience, your own tools, and a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of diesel mechanic experience.
• Must own your own tools and be able to lift 100+ pounds.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• PA State inspection knowledge, ASE Diesel Certificate and CDL licenses are a plus.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational school or apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

Installer/Mechanic – Truck Equipment

This position will install new truck equipment on low and medium-duty commercial vehicles. We are a certified dealer for companies that specialize in truck bodies including Knapheide, Air-Flo, EZ Dumper, Truck Craft, EBY, Morgan and more. We are also a certified dealer and installer for many other truck equipment companies such as BOSS Snowplow, VanAir, Force America, Weather Guard, Ranger, Whelen and many other leading brands. A candidate with experience in truck equipment installations is a plus.

This position offers a competitive salary based on experience. Work hours are Monday through Thursday, 6am to 4:30pm, and Friday, 7am to Noon. Additional overtime opportunities may be required as needed.
