Job summary

HKA Enterprises in Florida is seeking a Mechanic-in-Training to support pump and motor repair under a lead mechanic, gaining hands-on trade experience with equipment repair and SCADA systems. Pay is $24.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include installing, overhauling, repairing, and maintaining pumps, motors, engines, meters, gauges, compressors, valves, and related components, with daily tasks assigned by the lead mechanic.

Qualifications

• Reliable, mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and self-motivated.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to solve problems independently.
• Knowledge of installation, repair, and maintenance methods for electrical motors, pumps, and mechanical equipment.
• Ability to take direction and read for comprehension.
• Ability to interpret and utilize SCADA systems.

Responsibilities
