Job summary

StandardAero in the United States is seeking a Mechanic III to repair and overhaul gas turbine engines. You will dismantle, inspect, and assemble engine modules, working with a team to ensure quality and compliance with aviation regulations.

The role emphasizes reading manuals and blueprints, performing required paperwork, and maintaining safety on the shop floor. Training and advancement opportunities are provided within a respected aerospace MRO leader.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years aviation maintenance experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years with induction and dismantle of engines/components.
  • Ability to read and interpret manuals, technical drawings, and blueprints to determine proper operating conditions
  • Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs without assistance
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

As a Mechanic III, you’ll repair and overhaul gas turbine engines.

What you’ll do:
  • Dismantle, Build, Inspect, and Clean engine modules and engine components.

Minimum Qualifications

  • FAA Power plant certification or Military experience preferred
