Branch is seeking an entry‑level, safety‑oriented mechanic to assist with the inspection, maintenance, and repair of heavy construction equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, backhoes, graders, and haul trucks. The role works under close supervision to develop technical skills and ensure the safe operation of company‑owned equipment.
Physical demands include frequent use of hands, fingers, and arms; standing, talking, and hearing regularly; occasional walking, sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, tasting, and smelling. Must frequently lift or move up to 10 lbs and occasionally lift or move up to 75 lbs. Vision requirements encompass close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
This is a full‑time position (40+ hours per week) with on‑call early/late hours for emergencies.
