Job Summary:

Operates and maintains equipment such as HVAC systems, boilers, generators, and steam equipment. Reads meters and gauges to verify operating conditions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Respond to dispatch calls for machine repairs using company vehicle.
• Visit customers to ensure service quality and resolve complaints.
• Inspect machines, diagnose issues, dismantle for repairs, replace worn parts, realign, and test machines.
• Manage inventory, order parts, and handle equipment shipping and receiving.
• Set up and operate mechanical tools for repairs.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Support the department and contribute to team efforts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Type I Refrigeration Certification & Valid Non-CDL Class C driver’s license.
