Job summary

Four Seasons, Washington D.C. is seeking a Mechanic 1 - 3rd Class Engineer to join the engineering team. The role requires following instructions, strong decision-making, and the ability to work independently to maintain critical systems.

Qualified candidates have extensive engineering experience, DC 3 boiler license, and knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electricity, refrigeration, and boiler operations. English proficiency and a typical maintenance schedule are expected.

Qualifications

• Extensive engineering experience required.
• College or technical education or equivalent experience.
• Two to three years of related experience with Four Seasons or other organization.
• Must hold valid DC 3 class boiler operators license.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electricity, refrigeration and boiler operations.
• Ability to operate computer equipment.
• Read, speak and write English.

• Collaborate with team to ensure safe, efficient maintenance of equipment.

The Opportunity

The Four Seasons, Washington D.C. is currently looking for a Mechanic 1 - 3rd Class Engineer. This individual must be a team player and and will be required to demonstrate he/she can follow instructions and have the ability to work alone making safe and sound decisions.

Qualifications

• Extensive Engineering Experience Required
• College or technical education or equivalent experience.
• Two to three years of employment in a related position with Four Seasons or other organization.
• Must hold valid DC 3 class boiler operators license.
• knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electricity, refrigeration, and boiler operations.
• Requires knowledge of the ability to operate computer equipment.
• Ability to read and speak and write English.

Compensation

$30 - $40 per hour
