The Staten Island YMCA South Shore is seeking a Mechanic who, under the direct supervision of the Property Manager, will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems at the YMCA and its off-sites. The role includes performing building repairs, maintenance, cosmetic upgrades, and general cleaning of the YMCA and surrounding areas, including sidewalks, hallways, stairways, bathrooms, shower rooms, offices, and program areas.
