Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect dealer supplied chassis and assign keys and vehicles.
  • Coordinate suspension programs (Liquid Spring and Monroe) as part of duties.
  • Assist with welding certification testing and related documentation.
  • Maintain cooperative working relationships and perform other assigned duties.
  • Work with minimal supervision and ensure safety on the production floor.

Primary functions:

Receive and inspect dealer supplied chassis. Key and vehicle assignment duties, and coordination of all chassis control functions and Suspension (Monroe & Liquid Spring) Programs.

Duties and responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the suspension programs to include Liquid Spring and Monroe Suspension programs.
  • Coordinate all Chassis modification duties working closely with Mounting Supervisor
  • Assist with the company welding certification program to include and conducting welding certification tests as requested.
  • Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
  • Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned

  • Must be able to work with a minimum of supervision.
Qualifications/Training:
  • Fundamental use of various pneumatic and power tools.
  • Must be familiar with the safe operation of various tools - drill, screw gun, sander, jig saw, etc
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate a situation a plus.
  • Ability to interact with various levels of personnel and functional areas.
  • Working independently in the absence of supervision.
  • Establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
  • Verbal and written communication skills and the ability to perform critical analysis desired.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and verbally communicate simple instructions, short correspondence and memos in English.
  • Pay attention to detail.

Education and Experience:
  • One year experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
