This includes HVAC units, fan coils, pumps, motors, compressors, plumbing, electrical and other building mechanical equipment and systems. Performs repairs and minor construction utilizing carpentry, plumbing, electrical, masonry and painting skills. Assists with snow removal activities by driving AMC vehicles to snowplow, distribute road salt, and shovel sidewalks.• Performs periodic preventative maintenance repairs and inspections on machinery and systems. Maintains and overhauls various machines and equipment such as compressors, pumps, motors and fans.
