Job Description - Overview

Would you like to begin a new career with a company that provides stability and opportunities for growth? Our Transportation department is looking for individuals who are good with tools and have a general knowledge of engine mechanics. Previous experience working around Tire or Maintenance Shops is preferred. Our maintenance facility operates 24/7. This full-time opportunity is part of Hobby Lobby’s Transportation department at our corporate offices in Oklahoma City.

Work Schedule

• 1st Shift – $20.25/hr, 7:30am to 4:00pm
• 2nd Shift – $21.00/hr, 3:30pm to Midnight or 11:30am to 10:00pm (4-day, 10-hour shifts)
• 3rd Shift – $21.50/hr, 11:30pm to 8:00am or 7:00pm to 5:30am (4-day, 10-hour shifts)

All certifications are considered a plus.

Job Requirements

• Basic mechanical knowledge to assist with semi-trailer repairs
• Experience with brake jobs, tire changes, etc.
• Responsible for maintaining tools and keeping an organized workspace
• Valid driver’s license required
