• Diagnostics Assistance: Aid in conducting vehicle inspections and basic troubleshooting to identify mechanical issues.
• Shop Upkeep: Maintain clean and safe workspace and organize tools/equipment.
• Inventory & Parts: Track inventory, receive deliveries, and transport parts to workstations.
• Quality Assurance: Assist with road testing and verify repairs meet safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Routine Maintenance: Perform basic services under the supervision, including oil changes, filter replacements, fluid top-offs.
• Assist with Repairs: Help mechanics disassemble and reassemble vehicle components, and hand tools and parts to the mechanic during active repair
• Diagnostics Assistance: Aid in conducting vehicle inspections and basic troubleshooting to help identify mechanical issues.
• Shop Upkeep: Clean and organize the workspace, dispose of used fluids properly, and ensure that all tools and equipment are kept clean and safe.
• Inventory & Parts: Help track and log inventory, receive deliveries, and transport parts or materials to the workstations.
• Quality Assurance: Assist with road testing vehicles and verifying that repairs meet safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or GED certificate.
• Experience: Some experience with hand tools, power tools, or basic Heavy duty diesel repair is a plus.
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform physical, hands‑on tasks in various weather and shop conditions.
• Licensing: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Chauffeur license preferred
• Soft Skills: Punctual, reliable, eager to learn, and capable of following precise safety instructions.
